PERFECT ENDINGS MANILA is a commissary that has been providing baked products to some of Metro Manila's fine dining restaurants, private clubs, coffee shops, one of the city's prestigious international schools & Philippine Airlines.

In 2005, we pitched our sliced Taisan cakes to Philippine Airlines. After several screenings, tests and inspections, Perfect Endings Manila passed the high and severe food standards of the airline. This started a long and steady relationship with the airline industry and one product followed the other.

In 2010, our Almond Dulce de Leche ensaymada caught the attention of Manila Standard Today and ranked us No. 2 for the yummiest ensaymada in Metro Manila. Since then, our Almond Dulce de Leche ensaymada has consistently been our best-seller.

Jaye V. Viduya of the famous Raymundo clan in Pasig, has kept the clan legacy of baking and is at the helm of this family-owned and operated business. Her deep passion for baking was further enhanced through her training in San Francisco, California.

Jaye also attended workshops at the International School for Culinary Arts & Hotel Management (ISCAHM), at the prestigious Mueller Cake Decorating Training Center (Wilton) – Manila, Center for Asian Culinary Studies and at the Heny Sison Culinary School.

Always trying to better herself, Jaye read and taught herself techniques in baking. She considers herself extra-ordinarily blessed to have friends who patiently trained and taught her:

Perfect Endings Manila provides jobs to underprivileged people who have had basic training in baking and food services. We are committed to developing individuals and improving the quality of life of the ordinary Filipino.

For the past years, Perfect Endings Manila has been providing savouries, pastries and bread to several foundations: The Camillian Sisters’ Bahay Kanlungan, a nursing home for the abandoned elderly, Live for Others, and recently Tahanan ng Pagmamahal, home for abandoned children in Pasig City.

Jaye hopes to someday set-up a ‘soup kitchen’ to provide hot meals to the underprivileged families in Pasig. Jaye believes that by providing hot meals at least once a week,they could nourish the body and spirit of families. It is Perfect Endings’ way of giving back to the city that it calls home.
